  1. Prepare 250 grams of Normal flour.
  2. You need 3 medium of Eggs.
  3. You need 350 ml of Semi skimmed milk.
  4. Prepare 10 ml of Oil.

  1. Pour the flour in to a bowl.
  2. Pour milk and eggs into a smaller bowl and then whisk gently.
  3. Know mix the milk and eggs with the flour using a blender.
  4. Know pour the oil in to a very small bowl and dip a tissue in it.
  5. Heat up the frying pan for a minute.
  6. Know oil the frying pan using the tissue make sure that you also oil the sides.
  7. Know pour the mixture into the frying pan.
  8. Leave it in there until you see the sides are starting to Krisp off the edges of the frying pan.
  9. Then you can flip it.
  10. Once you have flipped it leave it in the frying pan for another 6 minutes . Do not worry if you see that it is burnt for it will still taste good.
  11. Know it s ready to be served.serve it with watch ever you like normal pancakes with ,but this one will taste better.
