- Preheat the oven to 180 degree..
- In a bowl add all purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda and combine well. Keep it aside..
- Beat unsalted butter and sugar in a bowl, till you get a cream consistency..
- Add vanilla essence and egg and beat well again.
- Add all purpose flour mix slowly and fold it well..
- Add finely chopped strawberries and mix well..
- Keep paper cups in the cup cake mold..
- Fill this mix in to the cup cake mold. Make sure to fill 2/3 portion of the molds and tap it well..
- Place it in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes or till done..
- Check by inserting toothpick at the centre of the cup cake, if it comes out clean, it is done..
- Remove it from oven and let it cool. Repeat the process with the remaining batter. Serve it..
