- Add the cake mixture in the bowl and spread well. Now bake in microwave for 5 minutes. When done let it cool then use knife to loosen the cake from sides and cover with plate and flip it nice. Then start cutting in half and spreading buttercream frosting..
- For butter cream icing mix butter well and add lemon zest..
- Add in sugar and mix well..
- Now add coconut powder and mix well until smooth. Place in a piping bag. Slice the cake in 2 halfs and spread buttercream then layer with other sponge and so on. When done garnish with strawberry. Serve cold. Enjoy.
