- You need 1 cup of maida.
- It’s 1 tsp of custard powder(optional).
- Prepare 1/2 cup of pdrd sugar.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of curd.

- Mix everything and make a batter not too thick nor thin… pouring consistency.
- Heat a nonstick pan…pour the batter into the pan…dont spread with laddle..let it spread by it's own..cook on medium flame with lid….when done flip the other side and cook…down side will be nice golden.
- Make same diameter pancakes and keep aside…make chocolate sauce for appling in between…take chocolate cubes and add 2 tsp milk/cream and double boil it(as i was running out of time for school tiffin, i just boiled the milk and added grated choclated in it…
